Museum of rural cultur and technic in Bogdaniec (Dühringshof)

In an old water mill (build in 1826, technically still funkctional) is a small, but really wonderful exhibition of the former rural live. Who is interested, how the life of the farmers and millers of the Neumark was in the past, should not miss a visit at this exhibition. Additional is the wonderful surrounding nature.

how to find → Drive from Kostrzyn (Küstrin) into direction Gorzów Wielkopolski (Landsberg/Warthe). After passing of Witnica (Vietz) you will reach after some kilometers the village Bogdaniec (Dühringshof). There on the circle go to the left street. The museum is on the end of the street right.

Arboretum "The three mills" in Bogdaniec (Dühringshof)

Along a stretch of 4 km there is a trail that leads through an oak grove in a moraine. Here, rare trees and shrub species can be seen. Information boards informed about fauna and flora of the area. The beautiful trail passes three former mills, one of which is now a Museum of rural cultur and technic. Scenic picnic areas invite you to linger.

how to find → Drive from Kostrzyn (Küstrin) into direction Gorzów Wielkopolski (Landsberg/Warthe). After passing of Witnica (Vietz) you will reach after some kilometers the village Bogdaniec. There on the circle go to the left street. The arboretum entrance is after the forestry management on the right.
