Religion belongs has always been to people's of the Neumarks lives. Bear witness to countless new and old Church buildings, some of them rather plain, appropriate to the rural living conditions, others impress by the size and design and demonstrate wealth and pride of the builders. There are simple field stone churches, but you will find religious buildings with over one hundred meters high towers too.
The Neumark peoples was before World War II especially Protestants, today prevails the Catholic population. The good condition of many churches is evidence of the religiosity of the current inhabitants, many a church is a real gem.

Church dedicated to Blessed Virgin Mary in Troszyn (Trossin) Beautiful church made of stone brick and brick, from 13th century. Tower from 1876. On the cemetery right by the church are located some grave stones of family Finckenstein. Church dedicated to Our Lady of Perpetual Help Trzcińsko Zdrój (Bad Schönfließ) Church from 13th century rebuilt in 1883-1894. Holy mass every Sundays: 7:00, 9:00, 11:00 AM, 6:00 PM, other days 6:00 PM. (Parish church) how to find → From the market in Trzcińsko Zdrój go to the street "2 lutego" - behind the town hall to the left. Thank walk about 200 metres and look left.

(Parish: Krajnik Górny (Hohenkränig)) how to find → When you drive from Krajnik Dolny (Niederkränig) to Chojna (Königsberg/Nm.), turn right direction Piasek (Peetzig), Bielinek (Bellinchen). Church dedicated to Blessed Virgin Mary in Zielin (Sellin) Church from 13th century, with tower built in 1704. Inside is very interesting, wooden, three-storey altar witch sculptures, from about 1600. how to find → From Mieszkowice drive direction Dębno.
